FOR SO SHAY
White Chocolate & Cardamom Milk
Spiced, creamy, slow to finish. Echoes the morning warmth of So Shay.
Ingredients:
• White chocolate
• Milk
• Ground cardamom
• Sugar (optional)
• Crushed pistachios (optional)
Method:
• Heat milk gently with cardamom until fragrant.
• Add white chocolate and stir until fully melted.
• Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
• Pour into a cup and top with pistachios if desired.

Ingredients:
• White chocolate

• Pitted dates
• Milk
• Ice
• Vanilla extract (optional)
Method:
• Soak dates in warm milk for a few minutes to soften.
• Melt the dark chocolate and let it cool slightly.
• Blend dates, milk, ice, and chocolate until smooth.
• Add vanilla if desired and serve chilled.
