Payment Terms
- Full payment is required in advance to confirm and secure the booking.
- The booking shall not be considered confirmed until full payment has been received and cleared.
- By making the full payment, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions stated herein.
Cancellation by the Client
In the event of cancellation by the Client, the following refund policy shall apply:
- 30 days or more prior to the event date: 25% of the total event fee shall be retained, and the remaining 75% shall be refunded.
- 15–29 days prior to the event date: 30% of the total event fee shall be retained, and 70% shall be refunded.
- 7–14 days prior to the event date: 35% of the total event fee shall be retained, and 65% shall be refunded.
- 6–1 day prior to the event date: 50% of the total event fee shall be retained, and 50% shall be refunded.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original method of payment.
