Anfasic.ae Returns & Refund Policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. This applies to our range of perfumes, Dokhoon (incense), Fragrant Oils, Body Care Products, and Gift Sets. For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been opened or partially used cannot be returned unless it is defective.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable: • Opened or partially used perfumes and body care products
• Products that have been altered, damaged, or not in their original condition due to customer misuse
• Customized or special order items (if applicable)
To complete your return, please include your receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email and/or phone call on your registered mobile number with us, regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please: • Re-check your bank account
• Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted
• Contact your bank, as processing times may vary

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged product for the same item, please contact us at support@anfasic.ae and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For items valued over 200 AED, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
